How long does a session last?

Any duration from half-day to two days. Modular programmes available.

How many people can attend at one time?

Ideal numbers: 8-20. Larger groups can be accommodated.

Do you work outside of the UK?

Yes. We travel anywhere.

Do I need any special physical abilities to attend?

No. We have experience of working inclusively with diverse groups.

We design all our programmes to suit your individual requirements based on a conversation before we start.


Wave 2: Let’s do

We come together and share an experience in which we learn and grow. Your team leave with concrete actions of what they plan to do differently.


Wave 3: Let’s review

Post-programme we check in to see how the learning is going – how well you are maintaining wave power.
